CANCELLATION POLICY

Damaged Legacy Tattoo Appointment Cancellation and Reschedule Policy I value your time and understand that schedules can change. To ensure the best experience for all my clients, please review my cancellation and reschedule policy: Cancellation Policy • 48-Hour Notice: I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me via phone or email. • Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Reschedule Policy • 48-Hour Notice: To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. You can reschedule by contacting me via phone or email. • Deposits: Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date if you reschedule within the 48-hour notice period. • Late Reschedules: Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. No-Show Policy • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Repeat no-shows may be required to pay the full cost of the tattoo upfront for future appointments. Emergency Situations • I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, please contact me as soon as possible. I will evaluate situations on a case-by-case basis.
